As part of the Greater Dhaka Sustainable Urban Transport Project (GDSUTP), co-financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the French Development Agency (AFD), Global Environment Facilities (GEF) and the State of Bangladesh over the period 2013 to 2016, the Greater Dhaka Transport Authority (DTCA) benefits from institutional and organizational capacity building to fulfill its mission. DTCA must indeed be able to ensure the planning, regulation and coordination of the future multimodal urban transport system of Greater Dhaka. The mission carried out by DVDH aimed to prepare the Terms of Reference, the tender offer file, and the call for expressions of interest for the future technical assistance contract at DTCA.
