The main purpose of this study is to develop a diagnosis of the situation in terms of heritage conservation, mobility, uses and landscape. It is then a question of (i) developing an urban and landscape charter on the scale of the city center of Casablanca, (ii) identifying urban projects that are levers for urban renewal, and thus stopping the devitalization processes in the city center and (iii) propose a plan of action to do so.
DVDH brings its knowledge and vision of urban mobility, particularly in terms of analyzing the flow of people using the different modes of transport, analyzing the existing transport offer and taking into account the planned public transport projects for the sector, as well as in the identification of localized urban projects and in the recommendations for urban charter.
