Financial and institutional expert/advisor
Françoise i s an economist with a Master’s degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She has been working with Des Villes et Des Hommes as a socio-economic expert since 2018.
She has over 30 years of experience in cooperation in Latin America, mainly in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Uruguay, as an agent of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and as a consultant. In 2021, she obtained the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Foundation certificate from APMG International. She has identified and coordinated numerous cooperation projects in the fields of mobility, the environment and spatial planning. She specialises in the socio-economic and financial evaluation of projects and has extensive knowledge and experience of mobility governance issues in Latin America, as well as a good understanding of dialogue with national and sub-national authorities.
