CasaTransports, the transport authority of Casablanca, manages the T1 tramway line which was put into service in 2012. By 2022, the Casablanca network will have 6 public transport lines with Exclusive Right of Way (ERW), with the arrival of two high-level service bus (BRT) lines and three additional tram lines.
In parallel, CasaTransports is now mandated to restructure and manage the new concession of the bus network. In this context, the mission entrusted to the DVDH-Suez Consulting consortium aims to advise CasaTransports on the pricing policy to be implemented between 2018 and 2025 and to assess its financial consequences.
DVDH managed all the services, and in particular supervised the design of surveys, the development of the traffic forecast model, developed tariff scenarios, and produced business plans.
