The Urban Mobility Plan (PUM) of Liège is a guiding document for the organization and management of travel, parking and general accessibility on the scale of an urban agglomeration. Its objectives are as follows: (i) the organization of structural elements of travel, parking and accessibility to places of life and activities throughout the urban agglomeration; (ii) the achievement of a coherent territorial development in terms of mobility, in particular by seeking a balance between the accessibility profiles of available sites and the mobility profiles of activities and services under development; (iii) the coordination of all stakeholders concerned by the issue of mobility.
The contract consists of updating the Liège PUM and assisting with the approval process for this PUM until its completion, including services related to communication. DVDH works with Pluris on the realization of a short mobility diagnosis with presentation of the major issues and dysfunctions, definition of the objectives to be achieved in terms of travel and projection in the medium and long term (2023 and 2030). Recommendations on land-use planning and a report on environmental impacts (RIE) are also produced.
