It is also a matter of understanding the societal issues related to crossroads in order to propose arrangements that reconcile economic functions, vehicular transit and the creation of public spaces, places to live, at these three metropolitan gateways.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, this study includes a component that follows the SUMP adopted in September 2019. It is a matter of implementing its short and medium-term actions.
