The consortium supports national and local government in mobility planning and creates effective investment conditions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the sector. This involves a mobility assessment, notably through the conduct of a household travel survey, origin-destination surveys and consultation with urban mobility stakeholders. An ambitious yet realistic roadmap is then drawn up, in consultation with local authorities and the public.<br \/>\nDVDH is responsible for the institutional and financial analysis of the mobility ecosystem, as well as environmental and air quality aspects.
